How can I lose weight for the wedding?
I want to loose between 30-40 lbs for it, preferably but would be happy with 20.
My problem is I can never stick to a diet, so I need a way to not have it be a diet. you know? i hope so. its like when you say i'm not gonna eat fast food, then a few days later its like man i want some fast food.
I'm not that big, no offense to those that are larger, i'm like a street size juniors 13 and weigh like 170, i'd love to weigh 140 for the wedding, I weighed 134 when we started dating.
How can I do this?
I do excercise, on wii fit, and I have a shake weight and bicycle. How long should i be going for though?

Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking. It’s always best to have breakfast within an hour of waking so that your body can charge itself with the energy it needs for the day. The idea is not to wait for your self to get really hungry. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but that does not mean that it should be the most filling meal of the day.
