When is the best age to switch a child from a toddler bed to a twin bed with rails?
My daughter will be three July 1st. She has been in her toddler bed since she was about 19 or 20 mo, I think. I also have a little boy who just turned one.
I put my son in a twin bed at 2 1/2, without rails. He fell out of bed twice (scaring him more than hurting him) and he's been fine ever since. Chances ae your daughter is more ready than you are. Make the switch-she'll be just fine.
