Who got whipped by their parents when they were a child?
Let's have some fun, because be honest. Some kids today need it but if you hit 'em you get in trouble. What's the worst thing you got whipped with and what was it for? Or do you have a whipping you can remember, lol!
My mother got me with a bicycle inner tube for mouthing off when I was 11. I wasn't a bad kid, I just did stupid things at times and mouthed off at times. But mom's went to town on my *** that day.
Honestly, if my parents didn't discipline me while growing up, I would be messed up as an adult today and would have never gone to college and become an accountant.
yep a belt, and I agree with you. Kids today have no discipline, they know if they act up, big deal they may not get a piece of candy. I got spanked early on and I never had to be grounded or even reprimanded. My homework was always done, never had to be asked about it. I maintained A+, held a pt. time job, participated in sports, and excelled at pretty much everything I have done that I have put my mind to. Kids today have no ambition or discipline. Parents actually think they are doing their kids a favor by being leinent.
I rarely have to spank my children, typically a "knock it off" cures the problem, because if they don't change the behavior they know worse things are coming.
