I have a 1976 ERA 5 pc Ludwig Drumset. How can I determine which model ie; Big Beat, and what the value is?
It is a 5 pc set in sparkle silver, includes 14" snare, 12" tom, 13" tom, 16" floor tom, and 20" bass. I also have all Ludwig hardware, foot pedals, 2 cymbal stands w/ cymbals, hi-hat stand and cymbals, hard cases, trap case, and a set of Roto-Toms.
Depending on the condition (and the cymbals) - I would probably ask between $800-$1200 for a full kit with hardware, cymbals, and cases.
Check around on e-bay/craigs list and see if you can find some comparable kits (I glanced, but just found individual pieces mostly).
If it's in so-so condition, you could probably still get a 400-600 for it.
