Tires Tubes 73

I need to set my 73 Honda CB350 up so that I can take both wheels off at the same time. Any suggestions?

I am a newb when it comes to bikes. However, I am fairly mechanically inclined. I just bought two new tires and tubes and can get a guy locally to put them on for me. The thing is that if they are on the bike still, he charges me double than if they are already off. Well, I can take the wheels off, but have no idea how to set the bike up so that I can take both wheels off at the same time. It has a center stand, but that does not work and I can either a.) not find a jack (stand) that fits this bike, or b.) have found a few but they are extremely expensive.

So, is there a way to do this without an expensive stand? Thanks.

Get the tires installed one at a time.
Bike on center stand - remove the rear wheel.
When you get it back on - bike on center stand - floor jack
under front of motor - remove the front wheel.
No one jacks a bike off the ground with both wheels removed.
