How can I keep clear sticker decals from coming off of a diecast model semi truck trailer?
I bought a model diecast 1:87 Ho scale semi truck and blank trailer and have printer decals on clear sticker paper cut them out and placed them on the semis trailer. But, they are starting to come up. Can anyone help me find something i can use on like a brush on or spray salution or something else to help keep the decals on the semi trailer?
I don't know about the acetone idea maybe Isopropyl alchohol before applying the sticker. But I think I have apretty good idea. if you have a local hobby store stop by and ask if they have Testor's waterslide decal paper and spray. You should also purchase Model Master Decal set to prep the surface before attempting it. The paper can be put into any printer and successfully transfer your image to the trailer or anything else your hobby desires may lead you. I use them for making my own decals with my name on aircraft models under the canopy like I'm the pilot kind of a way for me to sign my art with a cool spin.
