I buy water bottle cages from Performance for $5 US.
You are paying a lot of money for the jersey because of the logo. You can get one without any logo for $25 US.
You should also buy spare tubes.
Instead of the repair kit, buy a set of tire levers ($3) and a set of the Park glueless patches ($5).
The rest of it is pretty reasonable.
