Help Had to walk home naked?
I'm 18 & was at a guys house. We were having sex & his dad came downstairs. I went outside with only a shirt on. My pants & shoes were inside the house. I was screaming & banging on the door for my clothes back. I never got them back. I was locked out in -15 degrees cold weather. I had to walk home barefoot with no pants for 6 blocks. I was so panicky. Can I sue these people? I snuck in their house. & why didn't they give me my clothes?
I am really sorry this happened to you.
You were not completely naked, or someone would have pulled you over or reported you.
The person you were having sex with should have helped you. But they decided not to, for some reason.
The fact that they did not (and the fact that you referred to them this way), probably means they were not your significant other.
And, actually, anyone can sue anyone for anything.
But, that means you have to find an attorney to take your case.
