what shock should i use with 80mm travel forks?
im looking at new frames for my mountain bike and i am not sure how much travel i should have for my rear shock, i am using either 80mm or 100-120mm forks, any opinions?

5'8"
145 lbs
expert riding level
id like to be able to adjust it
