Thermochemistry Problem?
Calculate the heat content (J) of a snicker bar (58.7 g) if in burning 1 g of the bar in 500 g of water rises from 22 degrees C to 31.5 degrees C. Multiply your answer by 58.7 (mass of bar)
How do I figure this out if the specific heat capacity of the Snickers bar is not given?
(500g H2O + 58.7g) x (4.184 J / g Celsius) x (9.5) = 22207 J
If I'm wrong I am very sorry <3
