How do I repair a torn liner?
I have a 20' x 24" pool with two 1" tears in the bottom. The pool only has 4" of water in the bottom and is still going down. I do have a repair kit for vinyl pools but my question is...can I make the repair dry or should I try to do it with water still in the pool. The repair kit says that I can repair it wet but experience tells me that it would be better if the surface were dry. Which is better?

your going to have to drain it out so that the liner is dry make sure it's not ripped at the seam if so thats a defect liner call the pool person that put it in and check your warrenty.if your warrenty is still good the pool company is responsable for it's defect any way you need to drain it past the rips then seal it up
