How well have I eaten today?
(I'm 16, almost 17)
-- Upon waking up (8:25 AM), I ate three sticks of baby carrots and three sticks of celery, just to get something into my system since I wouldn't be eating breakfast until later. I lifted my dumbbell, 10 reps for each arm, then done 50 jumping jacks to raise my pulse.
-- Here's the downfall: At about 9:50, I took a green tea pill; at 10:20, I got a sausage and egg McMuffin from McDonalds. I ate the sausage and egg, and the top portion of muffin (did not eat the bottom).
-- 12:05PM: Ate a foot long turkey breast sub from Subway with only mustard.
-- 1:45PM: drank a Diet Lipton Grea Tea drink, followed by eating a banana. Around 20 minutes later, I pedaled on an elliptical machine.
-- 4:40PM: ate five sticks of baby carrots and five sticks of celery, followed by two sandwiches (whole wheat bread) with low fat bologna.
I've drank around five or six bottles of water so far today.
It really depends - what are you trying to achieve? If it's healthy eating - you didn't do very well.

- instead of carrots and celery which don't do anything to fuel your body or stave off hunger - try some light cheese or make hard boiled eggs the night before and eat a few egg whites with the veggies. The exercise was fine.

This is not necessarily horrible but you are much better off making it yourself. Use 3 egg whites and one yellow, light sausage and a whole wheat muffin. You can make these the night before and microwave them.

Again, if you make it yourself with fresh ingredients - you are much better off but in a bind - I would have gone w/a smaller option.

You eat a lot of processed foods. That isn't good.
I've drank around five or six bottles of water so far today.
The water intake is good.
Try to eat more home made, less processed foods.
