Mountain Disc 20

How can I move stuff from a (very 20th century) pc to a new one?

I'm talking about windows 98 moving to vista. say...20GB
Problem: no dvd-drive,
too old to read flash drives and large memory devices
, I have no Idea if I can do the "file transfer" thing (vista cannot detect it on my network),
I don't know if I can use the firewire port,
utorrent works for only upload for 98 and no download for vista.
I need a mountain of discs if burned.
at leasts help me get 4GB minimum of it for my photos, documents, and tax forms.
I dont wanna buy stuff :(
its an old SONY PCV-L640 desktop pc

Install a network card.. cheap off ebay then use a crossover cable to make a connection.

Most laptops have network cards build it and you will be able to pick up a network card for the pc for pence.. a crossover cable is like a network cable but connects a pc to a pc instead of a pc to a network device (the internal wires are crossed over differently)
