Mount Bolt 13

how to get a size 13 stripped bolt out of rear trans mount?

im replacing my trans and the bolt that screws in though the rear trans mount into the back ofthe trans is stripped and round out to the point that the 13 socket wont grip it and i cant get it out to drop the trans i tryed the 13 socket, the 13 easy out stripped bolt socket, vice grips, pipe wrench and even using a propane tank to burn and chisle it off nothing works can anyone tell me how to get this bolt out it is the only bolt stopping the trans from dropping THANK YOU oh yeah the car is a front wheel drive if that helps answer the question

Take a long punch and grind the tip down to a chisel point, then take a hammer and tap the side of the bolt to force it to turn around. Also make sure the transmission is supported by a transmission jack or other support otherwise the shear force won't allow it to turn at all and you don't want to try to burn the bolt out, the transmission is aluminum and the bolt is steel, you will melt your bell housing long before you get the bolt to burn (and you'd need oxy fuel torch for that not a propane torch)
