Skill drain is mostly a two sided coin! To get the most out of it try bilding your deck into a "bindment DECK"
sugest: spartial collapse(x3), xing zhen hu(x3), ojama trio(x1),sword of deep-seated(x1), shadow spell(x3), spellbinding circle(x3), flint(x3), dark bribe(x3), mask of restrict(x3).
that is 23 cards so it has room for 17 high atk or def monsters!
