No, just kidding, I'm not a troll. Check your screen resolution settings, your Xbox is probably set to the the wrong resolution. The answer to all these questions should be yes:
1. Are you using HDMI?
2. Is your resolution set to 1080p (or whatever your TV's maximum res is)
And seriously, too fast? If you aren't experiencing lag anymore (and have a higher refresh rate), just get used to it, it's better.
