Grips Bar 17


Is this workout good for bulking up?

im a:
17 y/o male
6ft tall
11.5 st/ 73 kg
ill have a pull-up bar and some dumbbells and i do this work out twice a week:

5 wide grip pull ups
20 push ups
20-30 sit up
i repeat this 4 times followed by:

5 shoulder flies
15 back extensions
i repeat this 4 times and finished with:

10 bicep curls x4

i was wondering if this workout was good to build muscle and bulk up. if there is any tips you could offer or alterations that need made to my routine please let me know

the 1st section with pull ups etc. should be done everyday for starters and the rest should be done every other day. heres what i would suggest:

3 sets of 10 sholder flies
3 sets of 20 back extensions
3 sets of 10 bicep curls of a high weight (on the 3rd set, if you can do 12, up the weight)
3 sets of 10 of lieing on your back and lifting dumbels from above your head, to your legs, making the dumbells go in the air

this will bulk you up in no time. creatine is also a good supliment for bulking which is legal and has no side effects.
