Does anyone have some tips on hair coloring?
I have naturally dark brown ( almost black ) hair that's about 30% grey. I have been coloring over the grey for many years. Is there any good way to let the grey come in gracefully? I tried having it highlighted to transition the grey in but I thought it just made me look like a calico cat. The espresso brown I use now is pretty, but someday I'll just end up looking like an old lady who dyes her hair.
have you tried getting lowlights. Get some strands coloured as dark as your natural, reverse highlights and then the grey won't show as much it you can gradually get your hair grey with less of a contrast. a lot of women and even me n have been using this method when they beign to go grey.
