Dont base the quality of the car on mileage. check for body quality, and interior. Look at the door alignments, and wear on the bolts and screws that hold the body panels, any wear or rounding suggests its been tampered with, knock on the body with your knuckles and listen to consistency of metal. body filler will be different. If you cant see the car for yourself then its not worth the gamble of buying it and hoping you got a gem.
