a) What is the wheel's angular speed after exactly 4 full turns?

b) How long does the wheel take to make the 4 turns?
would i have to use angular kinematic equations? But i am not sure what 4 full turns wouls translate to

4 full turns are 8Pi

so 8Pi = 1/2*44.5*t^2 + 11.5t

0 = 22.25t^2 + 11.5 t - 25.13

Solve for t

t = 0.835293 s is the time to do 4 turns.

By then the wheel speed will be

w = 11.5 + 44.5*0.835293 = 48.67 rad/s
