Should I buy this saddle?

I'm not using this for show, my horse has very small withers (my old saddle is not full QH bars and is too small so I'm looking for full QH), and the store has a return policy so I can return it and get my money back in 10 days. 
It looks like a nice enough saddle, but, I don't like how low the pommel sits.
Oh, and Hand carved basketweave leather is a real pain to clean.
Just FYI.
I wouldn't buy it off the internet, tho. How do you know it will truly fit your horse? Or that the saddle is put together properly and not just glued together like a lot of saddles being made today. Check the return policy before you buy anything off the internet.
