Last week Fry's had a sale on a AMD 64 x2 6000+, 2GB, 400GB SATA, Vista, 8500GT, speakers, etc. for $750.
Since your system is about half as good and is used and has no mouse/keyboard, less than $300. You should be able to get at least $200.
