Have you ever taken your jeans for alteration?
I'm 55 , weight 150lbs. I wear size 10 or 31-32 jeans. I'm curvy, I have a nice round big bum and small waist. When I sit down my jeans are very revealing. Belts don't work, they just fold and break at the back especially leather belts. I'm tired of wearing big t-shirts cause i worry when I sit down.Is taking all my jeans for alteration a good idea? I think a few stitches on both sides will be enough? How much am I looking at here?
I've never had my jeans altered before, but I think it's a good option if you're constantly worrying about the gap. I have had a dress altered and it only cost me between $12 and $20 to be hemmed and taken in a bit. I'm sure prices vary depending on where you go so you might want to check with a few tailors for the best price
