Electric bicycles laws in Canada?
I am almost 14 years old, and I would love to be able to ride an electric bicycle in prince Edward island. I am talking about a pedal bike with a very low power motor.
For the price of the cheapest electric bike you can buy a good shop quality bike that will last a lot longer. Save up to buy a new battery about every 6 months.
