I want to lose 20 pounds by next year. I'm 15, 5'4 and weigh 142 pounds as said by the doctors office.?

I am going to hold a strict diet which is, 6 AM eat a banana, 8-9 AM eat a piece of thin wholewheat flatbread, 10-11 AM eat an apple, Lunch Time (12) eat half a cup of rice and 4 celery sticks, 2 PM eat 10 carrots, 5 PM eat a tomato whole and a cliff kids bar.

excersise
run a mile every single day
20 sit ups
20 pushups

water
drink about 2 quarts everday

do you think i could lose weight with this plan? todays my first day, and im in class right now asking this question because i desperatly want to know. my goal weight is 110 pounds. how long will it take me to lose 32 pounds? is it possible for me?
when will i start seeing results?

It sounds to me like u wanna be basically a vegan. All u have to do to lose weight is cut out the junk food and drink water. From the looks of ur plan yes u will lose weight but u will be basically starving urself. I recommend u figure out ur calories ur suppose to consume in a day and just reduce that by 500. The final number will be ur total number of calories u need to intake. By doing this u will lose about a pounds a week. Remember 3500 calories is equal to a pound so change ur plan accorimgly
