shimano xtr derailleur?
I want to run a short cage xtr on my bike. Im running 11-32 rear and 22-32 front, can I use the short cage without any problems or will I have to use a medium cage?
You can use the short derailleur, you need total capacity of 31t the short is good for 33t.
The spec. for the short cage is: largest sprocket 34t, smallest 11t, chain ring difference 22t.
A long cage is good for 45t.
