Is this a Good Mountain Bike?
Here is a mountain bike that is on sale for $200 (regular price $500):

My question is, is it a good mountain bike? Weighs 40 pounds!

No, and it definitely not worth the $500 regular price.
40lbs, 24spd, this bike screams junk.
If you have a few more dollars go to your local bike shop and for around the same cost as the regular price you can have quality bike with quality parts and it will weigh under 30lbs.
