Comp Mountain 28

Where can I find wheels for a 1999 Trek 6500 mountain bike?

My wheels were stolen and I need to outfit my bike with new wheels. I am just looking for an average wheel set that won't break the bank. Below is what the bike came with from the manufacturer if this helps at all. Also when I buy a "wheel set" does it come with all the parts I need or do I need to buy everything seperate?

Wheels

Hubs Front: Bontrager Comp I, Rear: Bontrager Comp II
Rims Bontrager Corvair, 28-hole/32-hole
Tires Front: 26 x 2.10" Bontrager Jones, Rear: 26 x 1.90" Bontrager Jones
Spoke Brand DT stainless steel, 1.8mm straight gauge
Spoke Nipples Brass nipples

First you should understand that any front wheel the same diameter and width will fit your bike. Any rear wheel the same diameter and width, and with the same number of cogs will fit your bike.

Bontrager rims are made by Alex and Bontrager hubs are made by Joytech. Bontrager is simply a brand name owned by Trek.

Considering the way the wheels are built you should be able to pick up a set- without tires, tubes, or cassette- for about $200... cheaper if you look harder.
