My period, help, women only please?
For about the year or so now my period has been dark brown/black for the whole 5-6days, I know this is old blood usually lost at the start or end of your cycle, should i be worried that it is constant?
Also i am 16, been having periods for like 5 years and I have had sex before, incase any of that helps.
Try using yellow tampons, they are absolutely capital for sunny periods.
