Whats' the wheel size on a Specialized Allez bike?
I'm trying to program a bike minicomputer for my bike, & I need to input the correct wheel size in order to get proper readings. (speed, distance, etc.)
The bike cpu manual has settings for the following wheel sizes:
20"
22"
26"
27"/700cc
I have a 2009 model Specialized Allez with a 61 frame (XXL).. When I look at the wheel on my bike I see "700x23c". I assume this means it's the 700cc? Not somewhere between a 22" - 24"?
Use the number for the 27 inch 700c wheel. A 700 X 23c tire will have a circumference of about 2097 mm. 210 cm.
Edit:
The width of the tire has a big effect on the circumference.
