What is the best cardio to lean out lower body?
I'm not over weight, 5' even & weugh 114.5 just want to lean out my legs. Have big quads & hamstrings. I also wouldn't mind losing a little from my rear or toning my glutes. What would be the best cardio to do this? Will the stationary bike help or make my legs bigger?
step aerobics is the best. its a brilliant fat burner and will tone the bottom and waist. stationary bike wont make your legs bigger if you dont do it on a too high intenstity. hope i helped and good luck. xx
