What caused this Dirt bike failure?
So I was riding a 2 stroke 80 cc dirt bike and I was in fourth gear just before power band when I decided to stop for a little, so I push the clutch and then brake, but I hear the engine turn off. Then when i tried kick starting it the foot lever would not move. My friend gets on and tries with a lot of force and it moves again like it should. it still doesn't start. After 10 minutes of trying I take a look and there is a hole ( the diameter of a thumb) in the crank case. what happened? I know it won't start due to compression issues now but what caused the hole?
Your oil mixture was wrong and you tossed a rod or blew the pistion out through the engine case
