How do i lower my sprocket ratio on a bmx bike?
Aight so i have a 30/11 or something like that
I want to go to 25/9
I know i need to get a 25 tooth sprocket
and a 9 tooth freewheel
Does the free wheel matter?
like can i get any brand and it will work for it?

No it doesnt matter what brand you buy. Any brand will work just the same. 25/9 is a good ratio to go. If you want a cheap back rim you could buy an eastern nitrous back rim with a 9 tooth driver. It usually runs around 80-90 dollars. But if you have a lot of money I would get a "stolen" brand rim. They are awesome.
