Can we solve Global Warming and Climate Change just with 200-Mile Diet, eating vegetarian, or electric cars?
If you look up the 200Mile Diet, you'll see that the Utne magazine claims that this Diet will (by itself) solve Global Warming. Then, Einstein opined that the best thing we can do for the planet is to become vegetarians. Are these two steps enough? Or, do we need to stop burning fossil fuels, perhaps with a special electric vehicle, like this one on Global TV news?
If George Monbiot's book "Heat" is correct, North Americans need to reduce carbon-equivalent output by 94% almost immediately. Only a bicycle can do that, am I correct? Or, will electric bikes also be allowable under the Monbiot threshold?
Any studies on these?

No we cannot! The earth warms and cools by itself without any help from mankind. It has been doing so since its formation 4.5 billion years ago. There has been a relatively small period of warming over the last century following several centuries of cooling (the little ice age.) Mankind has not caused this warming.
Oh, and by the way, Einstein never opined that the best thing that we can do for the planted is to become vegetarians.
