hey Paula ! yea definitely ! The Artist’s Way suggests you do it first thing in the morning, but I can see the pages being a great benefit at night too.

This might be something worth doing at night before going to bed especially for people who can’t get to sleep. Maybe if they can get their thoughts out on paper then it could clear their head and allow them to sleep a little better.

Great post Rocky, think this is an awesome idea that I will definitely try. Taking the time to write without fear of self-censorship and judgment from others is really important, and this is a brilliant way (and time) to do it.
