		<description>So true Rocky...there is something to be said about pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zone and that really is the only way we can continue growing and accomplishing things we desire.  The great thing is that we can actually get used to doing things that are beyond our comfort zone and before you know it, we are very well adjusted and used to pushing ourselves so that we aim for even more and more.

		<description>Isn&#039;t is strange how some people would rather be unhappy than risk finding happiness?  If you were to ask someone, to give them the choice, most would probably say it&#039;s crazy to stay unhappy - yet how many people actually act on that choice?  Change is definitely scary, but more often than not, it&#039;s totally worth it!</description>
