yea First Things First is definitely a great read. It really goes into great depth how to prioritize and has really helped me out.

Haven't read First Things First but I've read Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, which is another life-changing book. Everything that he has to say makes so much sense!

My Dad is always preaching Quadrant II to me, and for good reason! The more time we spend there, the less stressed we feel and the more time and energy we seem to have to push ourselves and achieve what we want.

Great post Rocky, thanks :)
